Dwayne Wade’s attorneys are seeking to suspend his ex- wife’s visitation rights especially after her arrest Saturday for allegedly refusing to return her children to Wade’s sister for several hours. The two boys were supposed to be picked up from Wade’s ex-wife’s South Holland residence Saturday afternoon by Wade’s sister so they could catch a flight to Miami to be with their father for Father’s Day. Attorneys for Wade believe that his children should not be subjected to his former wife’s drama/trauma. Funches-Wade was charged with two counts of attempted child abduction, two counts of unlawful visitation interference and one account of resisting arrest. The friend who tried to assist her was also charged.
She was released from custody Monday after posting $10,000 bond. Funches-Wade did cause her son’s to miss their commercial flight to see their dad on Father’s Day, but Wade chartered a flight so they saw him anyway. for more inforation go to http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/chi-dwyane-wade-asks-judge-to-suspend-kids-visitation-with-mother-20120619,0,2830922.story.
