A West Palm Beach man fatally shot a burglar early on Monday, June 11, 2012 as he returned home from an evening out on the town. According to reports, the man was walking to his apartment when a man armed with a handgun him inside his home against his will. Eventually, the two men got into a fight; the victim got his hands on the gun and shot the suspect. The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene and the victim suffered minor injuries.
