Police initially arrested two teenagers, 16 and 17 years old, and with surveillance video were able to find a van belonging to a third teenager, an 18-year-old. His fingerprints were found on the woman’s food bag, although he denied being in the car with the victim.The suspects are charged with armed sexual battery, armed robbery, and kidnapping.
