A 61-year-old West Palm Beach man, William Kenneth Stewart, was arrested on Thursday and charged with possessing and transmitting child pornography. He is also facing more than 50 counts punishable by up to 15 years in prison per count. Detectives uncovered at least 100 child pornography pictures and videos on Stewart’s computers.
Stewart’s bond was set at $20,000 per count for a total of $1.06 million. If he is released, he must remain under house arrest with no access to computers or the Internet, no contact with minors and he must surrender his passport.
