Officers with what they believed to be probable cause attempted to arrest a man Monday night at a Westchester home, but instead shot and killed the suspect. The incident happened at about 9 p.m. at 7860 SW 34th Terrace. Police knocked on the man’s door to arrest him on a charge of aggravated stalking. The unidentified man, who neighbors said was armed, was fatally shot by a police officer. Detectives were investigating the shooting. For more information go to the Miami Herald.
