Tim Mahoney, a former U.S. Representative and Palm Beach Gardens Democrat, is facing DUI charges after authorities said that he was found asleep behind the wheel overnight in Palm Beach Gardens on Saturday. However, he was released from the Palm Beach County Jail on his own word of honor. Mahoney was found asleep sometime between 2:45 a.m. and 3 a.m. on Saturday. Mahoney, no longer a U.S. Representative, lost his re-election bid after his sex scandal was leaked. He admitted revelations of multiple affairs and his wife of 23 years filed for divorce when news of the scandal became public. Do you think that Mahoney should be arrested for pulling over to the side of the road because he knew he was drunk and falling asleep as a result of his intoxication?
