Police officers in Miami have arrested a 13 year-old boy for stealing a SUV with a six month old baby boy inside of it. The owner of the vehicle got out the car to take her two oldest children to their grandmother’s house. She left the car running when she went inside. The teenager then got in the car and drove off.
