While attempting to force his car washing services on a man, Eugene Moore alleged threatened the victim and pulled out his large knife after the victim refused to comply and/or give him money. Moore allegedly kept asking the victim to wash his car for money and then started jabbing at the victim with the knife when he still remained non-compliant. According to a witness, the victim defended himself with a bleach can, warding off his aggressor’s jabs. Ultimately Moore allegedly jabbed the bleach can and the fluid splashed in his eyes.
According to reports, the 51 year old was arrested Friday after the argument escalated. Moore faces an aggravated assault charge and is being held in Palm Beach County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
