A Delray Beach stock trader and analyst Robert Sinn, 33, has been charged with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident after he allegedly hit a pedestrian Wednesday afternoon at Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 64th Street. Police said Sinn fell asleep at the wheel of his white Chevrolet Impala before his car hopped the curb and struck a pedestrian. Witnesses told police that Sinn got out of his car to look at the victim, and then sped away. For more information go to the Miami Herald.
