POMPANO BEACH — Alcohol led Michael Brammer to lose his job, his driver’s license and even his will to live, his sister said. The Pembroke Pines man’s life had spiraled out of control by the time he got behind the wheel of his BMW on Aug. 18 and allegedly killed a man while driving drunk in Miramar, she said.
