Larry Williams, a 29-year-old South Miami-Dade man, must serve 45 years in prison for unleashing a storm of AK47 bullets that killed his 17-year-old ex-girlfriend, Lindsey Williams, in Perrine. The jury in April convicted him of manslaughter with a deadly weapon and shooting a deadly missile into a building. He had been charged with first-degree murder previously. Judge Firtel stacked the maximum sentences against Williams: 30 years for the manslaughter, and 15 years for the shooting charge. For more information go to the Miami Herald.
