A member of the Outwest Gang Carlos Dennard, 18, has been arrested after he allegedly held his former high school classmate at gunpoint and stole his cell phone and shoes last week. Dennard is being held at the Palm Beach County Jail with a $30,000 bond. He is charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault with a firearm, and grand theft. Palm Beach Lakes High School student and the alleged victim of the armed robbery James Marc, 18, told the officer that he was walking home from a friend’s house when Dennard allegedly hopped out of a car and demanded Marc hand over his cellphone and his shoes. Jail records show that this is not Dennard’s first arrest. As a matter of fact, he has been arrested four times since 2007 with charges ranging from armed robbery to possession of cocaine with intent to sell.
