Rickey Orelle Masters, a 65 year old Hollywood resident, was charged with 10 counts of child pornography after police discovered the images at his home. A detective working with the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children task force noticed that he was accessing and offering to share child pornography on an Internet network. Masters’ had a search warrant served on his apartment on 1700 block of Lincoln Street on Oct. 20. He also allegedly admitted to downloading and saving child pornography to his computer and external hard drive. The police arrested Masters at his home. Computer forensic examiners found that the hard drive contained more than 2,000 files and allegedly had “a large amount of child pornography.” Illegal content stored in CD’s was found at Masters’ home. Rickey Masters is being held at a Broward County jail on $55,100 bond. Do you think he will get bonded out of jail?
