Casey Anthony Gets Four Years in Jail with Credit for Time Served

Casey Anthony was sentenced to four consecutive one year terms in jail with credit for all her time served. The exact date that Anthony would be freed from jail was not immediately clear so Judge Belvin Perry said the court would determine that date soon. Anthony could go free in late July or early August because she has already served nearly three years in jail and has had good behavior. Florida officials are now asking that Anthony repay the state for the enormous cost of investigating the case in a motion filed Wednesday.
