Two Men Plead Guilty in Arms-Export Conspiracy

Two Broward men have pleaded guilty to federal charges related to their roles in a conspiracy to illegally export various military airplane parts to Venezuela. One of the alleged conspirators Alberto Pichardo, 40, of Weston pleaded guilty earlier this month to conspiring to violate the Arms Export Control Act by sending parts and supplies to the Venezuelan military.
